5.1 Rules and Restrictions

You further agree that you will not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract any code or system logic.

• Overload or disrupt our infrastructure.
• Use the platform in ways that expose us to liability.

5.2 Prohibited Content Reporting

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Creating or attempting to generate CSAM is illegal and banned under our Community Guidelines. We actively report confirmed instances to the appropriate authorities.

10.1 Cancellation

You can view and manage your subscription under My Profile -> Settings. To cancel, go to Settings -> Unsubscribe. Your subscription will remain active through the current billing cycle and won't auto-renew after cancellation.

AI content is generated in real time based on your inputs. While we strive for a great experience, the output may not always be accurate, consistent, or aligned with your preferences.

We also reserve the right to filter, block, or adjust prompts and outputs that violate platform rules. We appreciate your understanding as the technology continues to improve.

Geozip.ai is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that the platform will always work perfectly, meet your expectations, or be completely error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Geozip.ai is not responsible for:

• Any losses from using or being unable to use the platform.
• Any bugs, delays, or interruptions.
• Decisions based on AI content.
• Any third-party service failures.

Total liability, if any, is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes must be resolved in the United States, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms or any related policy at any time and at our discretion. We'll post changes on the platform, and may also notify you directly.

Your continued use of Geozip.ai means you accept the most current version, so please check back periodically for updates.

You can stop using Geozip.ai anytime and cancel your subscription through your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, especially if you violate these Terms.

We also reserve the right to assign, transfer, or subcontract any part of the platform or business operations to another party. Your continued use implies consent to such transitions.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We'll enforce the intended meaning as far as legally possible.
